Landing Page
Optimization.
Beautiful design does not prove business performance. I diagnose where a landing page loses customers, turn behavioral observations into testable hypotheses, and measure which changes deserve to ship.
The page shipped.
The decision stayed unclear.
The redesign shipped on time and looks polished, but nobody defined the revenue metric or baseline that would tell leadership whether it worked.
You're spending thousands per month on paid traffic and can't tell which landing page actually converts versus which one just collects expensive pageviews.
Creative, product, and growth teams each have a reasonable opinion, but no pre-agreed decision rule for choosing among them.
Every "optimization" is someone's opinion disguised as strategy. A new headline here, a button color there. No hypothesis. No experiment. No measurement.
The real cost is continued spend without a reliable answer about what to scale, stop, or investigate next.
I don't guess.
I measure.
Behavioral Analysis
Heatmaps and recordings show clicks, scrolls, pauses, and repeated interactions. Those observations identify candidate friction; they do not establish attention, intent, or cause without additional evidence.
Hypothesis-Driven A/B Testing
Every test starts with a falsifiable behavioral hypothesis. Before launch, the plan states the sample requirement, minimum detectable effect, guardrails, and decision rule. Supported changes ship; negative and inconclusive results still inform the next call.
Revenue-Connected Measurement
Conversion rate alone can hide downstream quality. Where the data supports it, I connect the experiment to contribution or pipeline and show the assumptions behind the estimated impact — not just whether more people clicked a button.
Behavioral Science Framework
Loss aversion, anchoring, cognitive load reduction, social proof calibration, friction mapping — these are behavioral economics principles used to generate hypotheses about why people buy or bounce. The experiment, not the framework, judges the idea.

Credentials and results.
Historical in-house work at NRG scaled from roughly 20 to 100+ annual experiments while maintaining revenue measurement standards. That operating experience informs the audit; it is not a promised outcome for a client page.
Landing page optimization,
demystified.
How is this different from a typical landing page redesign?
The work begins with observed behavior and baseline data, not a preferred visual direction. Behavioral frameworks generate testable hypotheses; a pre-specified experiment determines whether the evidence supports shipping the change.
What kind of conversion improvements should I expect?
No credible lift can be promised before reviewing your traffic, baseline conversion rate, variance, margin, and minimum detectable effect. The deliverable is a decision-ready diagnosis and test plan; the experiment result remains uncertain by design.
Do you work with pages on any platform?
Yes. The methodology is platform-agnostic. Custom stacks, CMS, or landing page builders — the behavioral principles and testing framework apply the same way.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The audit schedule is agreed in the scope. Test launch depends on access and implementation readiness; readout timing depends on eligible traffic, variance, and the effect size being tested. Those inputs are sized before a launch date is committed.
Apply for a
Landing Page Audit.
You'll get a behavioral analysis of your highest-traffic page, a prioritized test roadmap, and a clear revenue case for each experiment. This is not a generic checklist — it's a custom diagnosis.
