Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Atticus Li, a DBA of Jobsolv LLC, handles information on atticusli.com. It covers this website and its contact form. External sites linked from this website have their own policies.

2. Information you choose to provide

When you submit a project inquiry, the site collects:

• your name and email address;
• your company, if you choose to provide it;
• the business challenge and contact intent you submit; and
• limited form attribution such as the page path, CTA location, offer, source, or readiness band.

This information is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. The contact endpoint may include the request IP address in the private notification email for security and abuse review. Buyer information is not intentionally written to application logs.

3. Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timing, and security signals. Cloudflare’s challenge platform may run when its security systems require it.

The site stores a theme preference in your browser’s local storage. It does not use that preference to identify you or follow you across websites.

4. Analytics and advertising

This site does not currently install Google Analytics, PostHog, Umami, an advertising pixel, or another browser analytics tracker. When a URL contains campaign parameters, the site temporarily retains those parameters in session storage for the current browser tab. Attribution is transmitted only if you choose to submit a contact inquiry. The site does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Email and external services

Contact submissions are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to a private inbox. Newsletter forms open Substack so you can review and confirm the subscription there; this site does not complete or store the newsletter subscription itself. Site fonts are served from atticusli.com. The search page loads its search library from jsDelivr, which receives normal network request information when that resource loads.

6. How information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, secure, and deliver the site and its inquiry emails. It may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. It is not sold.

7. Retention and security

Inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, keep necessary records, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing. Because no personal information is sold, there is no sale to opt out of.
