Work with me

Your experimentation program
is leaking revenue.
Let's fix it.

I audit CRO and experimentation programs for SaaS companies and build roadmaps that actually ship tests that move metrics.

No commitment. No sales pitch. Just a Loom walking through your funnel.

The problem

You know you should be running more experiments.
But...

  • Your team runs tests but can't tell if they're actually winning.
  • You don't know which tests to prioritize — everyone just lobbies for their pet idea.
  • Results aren't statistically sound. 70% confidence is shipped as a win.
  • Tests take six weeks to ship when they should take two.
  • You're running tests but not learning anything that compounds.

"Most experimentation programs don't fail because the team is lazy. They fail because nobody's answering the question: which test do we run next, and why?"

How I can help

Three ways to work together.
Pick the one that fits where you are.

CRO Audit

$2,500 1 week turnaround

Find what's broken. Fix it next week.

A one-time deep-dive into your current experimentation program. Walk away with a written report, prioritized recommendations, and clarity on exactly where the revenue is leaking.

Best for: Teams who have a testing tool but aren't sure if they're using it right.

  • Full audit of your current experimentation program
  • Written report with prioritized recommendations
  • 90-minute debrief call
  • 30 days of async follow-up via email

Fractional CRO

$8K / month · 3-month minimum

Embedded CRO leadership, weekly.

Ongoing strategic support. I review every test you ship, run weekly strategy calls, and act as the embedded experimentation lead your team doesn't have the headcount to hire.

Best for: Companies without a full-time CRO lead who need weekly strategic support.

  • Weekly strategy calls
  • Review every test you ship
  • Ad-hoc support via Slack
  • Monthly executive reports
  • Acts as an embedded CRO leader

How it works

Four steps.
No red tape.

Book a free 30-min teardown call

We jump on a call, you show me your funnel, and I ask the questions that will tell me whether I can actually help.

I record a Loom walking through your funnel

Within 48 hours you get a personalized Loom reviewing your homepage and funnel — yours to keep whether we work together or not.

If it's a fit, we scope an engagement

We pick the tier that matches where you are, agree on a scope and timeline, and I send a simple one-page SOW.

Kickoff within one week

Most engagements start within seven days of scoping. I don't do 6-week onboarding cycles — we get to work.

Sample teardown

See what the teardown actually looks like.

A sample Loom will live here soon — a real 15-minute walkthrough of a real SaaS homepage with the exact tests I'd ship first. Book the teardown call to get one specific to your product.

FAQ

Common questions.
Honest answers.

What exactly is a 'teardown'?

A teardown is a 15-20 minute Loom video where I walk through your homepage, signup flow, or funnel and call out the specific things I'd test first. It's concrete — real hypotheses, real priorities, no generic advice. You keep the Loom whether or not we work together.

How quickly can you start?

Audits start within 3–5 business days. Strategy engagements and retainers kick off within one week of signing. If you need something faster, tell me on the call — I can usually make it work.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. I'm happy to sign your standard mutual NDA before the teardown call. I've signed plenty of them — send it over and I'll have it back within a day.

What industries do you work with?

Primarily B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and subscription products. The playbook also travels well to marketplaces, fintech, and consumer apps. If you're not sure whether your product is a fit, book the teardown call — I'll tell you honestly on the call.

Can you work with small teams?

Yes. Some of my best engagements have been with teams of 3–10 where one person wears the PM, growth, and analytics hats. Small teams move fast, and a tight experimentation program compounds hard at that size. The audit tier exists specifically for teams that need clarity without a big commitment.

What if I just need advice, not a full engagement?

Start with the free teardown call. If all you need is a second opinion or a specific question answered, the Loom I send back often does the job. If you want more structured help after that, the audit tier is the lightest-weight way to get it.
